Hillhouse Tailors Perfect Fit Guarantee

We are confident that your Hillhouse Tailors custom tailored dress shirt will provide a perfect fit. In the unlikely situation that your Hillhouse Dress Shirt™ requires any alterations, Hillhouse Tailors will cover the postage cost that you may incur to mail us back the product. Our tailors will then make all necessary alterations, or start from scratch to construct the perfect fit.

Alteration / Exchange Procedure
  1. Complete the Shirt-In-Transit form. Indicate "Alteration Required" next to the Order ID# in line 2. Provide any alteration detail in Step Three: Complimentary Tailoring.
  2. Within 15 days of receiving the product, mail the product and form to Hillhouse Tailors including all original packaging.
  3. Depending on the type of alteration required, Hillhouse Tailors will require an additional 2 - 3 weeks to make all necessary changes.

Due to the nature of Hillhouse Tailors' customized products, Hillhouse Tailors can only make alterations to existing orders or exchanges for the same product (in the case of a defect).
